This policy explains what PrimeSphere Technology collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be endured.

Current status of this website

This site is currently a frontend-only build. The contact form and the payment page are demonstrations. They do not transmit, store, or process what you type into them. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.

This section will be updated when backend processing is connected, and the practices below will apply from that point.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When contact handling is live, submitting a project enquiry means giving us your name, business name, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you want, your budget range, your timeline, and your project description.

When the payment API is connected, a payment submission means giving us your name, email address, country, invoice or project reference, currency, amount, and payment plan.

Information we never collect on this site

• Card numbers
• CVV or card security codes
• Bank or card PINs
• Mobile money PINs
• One-time passwords (OTPs)

When payment processing goes live, those details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page. They never pass through PrimeSphere Technology's systems.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are used to keep the site running and to investigate faults.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS library from a public CDN. Those providers may see your IP address as a result of your browser requesting those files.

Why we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quotation
• To deliver the work you have engaged us for
• To issue invoices and reconcile payments against your reference
• To provide support and maintenance after launch
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is necessary to run the business:

• Hosting providers, which store the site and any data it holds
• Payment processors, once connected, to complete a transaction you initiated
• Professional advisers such as accountants, where required
• Authorities, where the law requires disclosure

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful, and are then deleted. Project and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Security

We use encrypted connections, restricted access, and current software. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Contact us and we will act on the request. There is no charge for this.

International clients

PrimeSphere Technology operates from Ghana. If you are outside Ghana, your information will be handled in Ghana. Engaging us means accepting that.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version appears on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
